Julia + Nick married 5.13.2022 a Mountain Top Inn & Resort Wedding in Vermont.
We do love a Mountain Top Inn wedding! Not just because it’s our closest venue, but because it offers couples fantastic vistas, plenty of location choices for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, plus (and perhaps most importantly) the opportunity to have their celebration and their guests accommodation all in one place. Before we moved to Vermont, we didn’t realize how few and far between venues with on-site catering and accommodation are!
Nick proposed to Julia on their third dating anniversary, which also happens to be his birthday. Julia spent several hours making Nick a special homemade birthday cake, and after Nick blew out the candles he pulled a ring out of his pocket and asked Julia if she wanted to marry him. They chose to have a Mountain Top Inn Wedding because Nick’s family has deep roots in the area and it ticked all their boxes for a wedding venue.
Julia and Nick were married in the late spring, so you can see the trees just starting to blossom during their first look. Spring is a beautiful time of year for a wedding in Vermont and by May the weather is typically mild.
