We’ve had the privilege of capturing some incredible weddings over the years, but Kate and Marc’s Top Notch Resort Wedding in Vermont truly stands out. These two are the ultimate adventurers, and their love for travel and their amazing group of friends were woven into every detail of their big day.
A Perfect Vermont Setting
Top Notch Resort, nestled in the heart of Vermont’s Green Mountains, couldn’t have been a more perfect fit. With stunning outdoor scenery, on-site accommodation for all the guests, delicious catering, and a phenomenal planner in Liz Seward, it provided the perfect foundation. But a beautiful location is just the beginning – the real magic unfolded thanks to an all-star vendor team and the incredible energy of Kate, Marc, their family, and friends.
A Celebration Steeped in Love and Adventure
The September air, held a hint of summer’s last stand and the idyllic setting mirrored Kate and Marc’s spirits – a beautiful blend of timeless elegance and adventurous spirit. Their love story, interwoven with their passion for travel and exploration, was evident in every detail, from Kate’s stunning gown to the camaraderie of their friends, many of whom had traveled from afar to celebrate with them.
A Brush with Beauty
Salon Ruelle worked their magic on Kate’s hair and makeup, while the bridesmaids reveled in the pampering expertise of Mirror Mirror. Kate’s sister’s heirloom veil added a touch of sentimental elegance, and her Loeffler Randall white open-toed heels seemed ready to whisk her away into a fairytale.
A Ceremony Steeped in Love
Bramble & Bloom’s floral artistry brought Kate’s vision of a garden wedding to life with an abundance of white blooms and soft green accents. Their heartwarming ceremony was officiated by Nicole Merritt, a dear friend of Kate and Marc’s. In a unique twist, Kate and Marc exchanged personal letters and vows before the ceremony, adding a layer of intimacy to their public declaration of love. With the breathtaking Vermont landscape as their backdrop, they said “I do,” their joy palpable to all present.
Dancing the Night Away
Seriously, you need to see the pictures from the dance floor! East Coast Soul absolutely brought the fire, keeping the party going all night long. There wasn’t a single person who wasn’t having the time of their life (just check out the dance floor photos and video – pure joy!). Laughter and joy filled the air as Kate and Marc celebrated their newfound union with their loved ones.
A Sparkling Farewell
For a grand finale, Kate and Marc emerged from the reception tent to a dazzling display of sparklers held aloft by their cheering guests. The couple walked through the shimmering tunnel of light, their faces illuminated by love and the warm glow of the sparklers, creating a picture-perfect ending to their magical day.
